1. Identification Documents

  • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  • Company income tax returns for the last 3 years (if your business files them separately).

3. Supporting Documents 

  • Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).

  • Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Switzerland.

  • For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.
