Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.
Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.
Company income tax returns for the last 3 years (if your business files them separately).
3. Supporting Documents
Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).
Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.
Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).
A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Poland or the Schengen Area.

3. Supporting Documents
A copy of the student's current School, College, or University ID card.
An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.
A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Poland or the Schengen Area.
For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.
